This is the second book by Carole Matthews I have read, the first being ‘The Christmas Party’. When I saw this book on Amazon, and read the blurb, I thought it sound good, and couldn’t wait to get stuck in. The best bit about A Place to Call Home was the voice, Ayesha Rasheed is not like any other female character I have read before. hi Carole.
